Job description

  • Identify, develop, generate and scout new business growth opportunities and thus initiating contact with potential new customers in the industry through - cold calling-, face to face meetings, trade shows, seminars,
  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level to drive a deeper adoption of the Co's Alkly, Aryl and Naphthalene based dispersing / wetting agents.
  • Analyse the need of the (potential) customers and collect all vital information in order to be able to inform the SME about the overall details of the (potential) project (what, why, who, when) to ensure that our products fully meet the clients product formulation requirements
  • Create strong business relationship with decision makers and key buyers of new and existing clients in the crop protection market
  • Establish executive level relationships with the new clients and promote the company's value proposition.
  • Contribute to long term and short term Business strategy in generating, developing, and realising business growth opportunities
  • Driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical targets to optimize revenue from with existing customers & new development.
  • Forecast on short terms and long terms basis in the region.
  • Constantly review sector focus to ensure productive and new business efforts
  • Analyse data trends, prepare and conduct presentations, and drive effective communications through phone, face-to-face, and video conference
  • Maintain operational excellence for information on market activity and budgetary forecasting
  • Willingness to travel
